Frequently Asked Questions

What is pelvic floor physical therapy (PT)?

Pelvic floor PT focuses on the muscles, nerves, and connective tissues that support your bladder, bowel, sexual function, and core. We assess how your pelvic floor connects with your hips, breath, and posture, then help you restore balance, strength, and coordination.
